Please include a photo of damaged items. A photo may be required to process your request.

How to Submit Your Request

  1. Enter your contact information. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
  2. Enter your mailing address.
  3. Begin typing the title of your game and click it to select the game after it appears.
    • New fields will be revealed in which you can choose the part you need and describe the issue you’re having.
    • If you have several requests, continue to add additional entries in the same manner.
  4. Optionally upload a photo to help illustrate your parts request.
  5. Click “Send Request“. We will confirm your request by email and include a web address so you can check the status of your request at any time.
